About The Position

This position involves picking up dry linen and feeding items into various dry fold machines, following standard operating procedures for each machine. The role requires inspecting each piece of linen for stains, tears, holes, and wear, while consistently meeting quality and production standards. This is a temporary position with potential for inclusion of specific position and shift details upon extended offer. The Portage location offers 1st and 2nd shifts for Dryfold and Soil positions, with a shift differential.

Requirements

• Be able to stand on feet up to 10 hours a day.
• Be able to push/pull linen carts up to 800 lbs (in wheels).
• Be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Be able to operate computer/printer.
• Must be able to consistently meet physical requirements such as bending and twisting.

Responsibilities

• Follows standard operating procedures for each machine.
