About The Position

Lint-X is hiring a full-time Dryer Vent Cleaning Technician . This is a hands-on, skilled trade job for someone who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and staying active. At the start of your journey with Lint-X, you'll receive classroom-style training to help you become familiar with dryer vent systems, components, tools, and equipment. You'll then work alongside an experienced technician for several weeks, learning the ropes and gaining hands-on experience. Once you're ready, you'll be assigned a fully equipped company vehicle and begin managing your own schedule of service calls. On average, you'll perform 4 to 6 dryer vent cleanings per day. This is an active role that includes setting up ladders, navigating pitched roofs, working in attics and crawlspaces and working in tight spaces behind dryers. It's like a light, full-body workout every day. Success in this role means being thorough, safety-conscious, and customer-focused. You'll interact with a variety of homeowners, always treating their homes with care and respect. You'll also be expected to maintain a steady, efficient pace to complete your assigned jobs within the workday, meeting both quality standards and daily quotas.
