About The Position

Prepare dye baths and apply color to yarn using established recipes and techniques Accurately mix dyes and measure ingredients for color consistency Monitor dyeing times, temperatures, and rinse processes Rinse, wring, and hang yarns to dry after dyeing Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dye studio Follow safety guidelines when handling dyes and chemicals Collaborate with the dye team to meet daily production goals Assist with skeining, labeling, and other production tasks as needed

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a creative team
