About The Position

Operate and monitor drying equipment to ensure dyed yarns are properly dried to quality standards Load and unload yarn from dryers and move batches to designated areas Maintain cleanliness and organization in the drying area Identify and report any product defects or equipment issues to the supervisor Follow dyeing and drying process protocols and safety procedures

Requirements

• Must be able to speak Spanish and English
• Comfortable working in a warm, fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow instructions accurately
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and cleaning standards
