About The Position

Drybar in White Plains is officially under new ownership and is looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to clients. The Drybar White Plains Ambassador is responsible for greeting, assisting, and providing (as well as selling) product/membership information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the salon. This role focuses on promoting and selling memberships, gift cards, and retail products, while consistently creating a friendly environment for guests by welcoming and assisting them, and quickly responding to customer questions and needs. The ambassador will also answer phone calls, book appointments, and enthusiastically greet guests. Additionally, the role involves assisting in administrative tasks such as filing and data entry of guest records and surveys, preparing guest records for treatments, participating in special events to promote the salon, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of lobby and spa public areas, as well as assisting with in-house linens. The ambassador must maintain quality service by enforcing organization standards and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to work flexible days and hours; including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • At least one years sales and customer service experience
