About The Position

We offer a clear growth path + multiple ways to increase your income: Hourly Pay Progression ($12.00 starting, $12.50 at 6 months, $13.00 at 18 months), Commission Opportunities (10% on Product + Tool Sales, 20% on Add-On Services, $5–$10 per Membership Sold). Your income grows with your effort, confidence, and guest experience!

Requirements

• Active TN Cosmetology, Braider, or Barber License
• Ability to work at least 2 shifts per week (Each shift is 8 hours)
• Must work 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
• Availability on Key Business Dates: Valentine’s Day, CMA Fest (June), CMA Awards (November), Holiday Eves (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve)

• Performing blowouts and styling services.
• Providing an exceptional client experience.

• Promoting Drybar products and services.
• Selling products and tool sales.
• Selling add-on services.
