About The Position

Income grows with effort, confidence, and guest experience through hourly pay progression, commission on product and tool sales, commission on add-on services, and bonuses for selling memberships.

Requirements

• Active TN Cosmetology, Braider, or Barber License
• Ability to work at least 2 shifts per week (Each shift is 8 hours)
• Must work 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
• Availability on Key Business Dates: Valentine’s Day, CMA Fest (June), CMA Awards (November), Holiday Eves (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Eve)
