Dry Van CDL-A Driver: Up to $1,800/Week, Paid Weekly - York
About The Position
Drive a dedicated dry van account serving the York, Aberdeen, and Lakewood areas. This fast-paced “turn and burn” role involves several loads per day, including live loading, live unloading, and drop-and-hook work. Drivers are paid weekly, with average weekly earnings of $1,200 to $1,800 (approximately $62,400 to $93,600 annually). Compensation includes $0.85 per mile to start, $50 for each live load or live unload, $10 per drop and hook, $30 short-haul pay for runs under 100 miles, and $10 in detention pay after two hours of waiting. Schedules are Sunday through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday. Home time includes 34-hour restarts. Weekend work is part of the schedule, and holiday work is expected except on Christmas.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 6 months of OTR experience in the last 12 months, or 12 months of OTR experience total in the past 5 years.
- Willingness to complete urine and hair follicle drug screening.
- Active profile in the federal Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
