About The Position

The Dry Side Coordinator oversees daily whey operations from raw whey intake through dried powder packaging. The role requires working knowledge of whey operations and control systems, self-motivation, and effective communication with regulatory agents and outside vendors. The coordinator must be able to work any or all shifts, holidays, overtime, and weekends. Working knowledge of Excel and Word is a plus.
