About The Position
As Sales Support, you represent Dry Goods and contribute to its distinctive service experience by offering additional services and putting the finishing touch on each sale. The role supports customers and store operations by handling transactions and inquiries, unpacking and displaying stock, and wrapping and bagging merchandise. Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts is required. Dry Goods offers an ever-changing selection of current fashions, including clothing, jewelry, and accessories. Requirements
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.
- Ring POS transactions and enter key account information.
- Answer the telephone and assist callers.
- Unpack and display stock.
- Wrap and bag merchandise.
- Offer additional services to support the customer experience and complete the sale.
