About The Position
As Sales Support, you represent Dry Goods and contribute to its distinctive service experience by offering additional services and putting the finishing touch on each sale. The role includes customer service, point-of-sale transactions, telephone support, and merchandise handling. Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts is required. This is a seasonal position.
Requirements
- Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.
- Ring point-of-sale transactions and enter key account information.
- Answer the telephone and assist callers.
- Unpack and display stock.
- Wrap and bag merchandise.
