About The Position
As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you support the management team with store operations. You provide distinctive customer service through relationship building, product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, exciting store. The role includes sales associate duties, stock handling and display, training support, and opening and closing the store.
Requirements
- Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.
- Perform sales associate duties and achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Build customer relationships to grow business.
- Share product knowledge and highlight services to support the customer experience.
- Unpack and display stock.
- Maintain a clean and visually appealing store.
- Assist with training new hires.
- Open and close the store for business.
