As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you support the management team with store operations. The role focuses on providing distinctive customer service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and keeping the store clean and engaging. Responsibilities
- Provide a positive customer experience by greeting customers sincerely, being friendly, and thanking each customer.
- Perform sales associate duties and achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Develop customer relationships to grow business.
- Share product knowledge and information about services to enhance the customer experience.
- Unpack and display stock.
- Maintain a clean, visually appealing store.
- Assist with training new hires.
- Open and close the store for business.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
