About The Position
As a Dry Goods Keyholder, you support the management team with store operations. The role focuses on providing distinctive customer service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining a clean, engaging store. You also perform sales associate duties, support sales and account goals, assist with training new hires, and open and close the store.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers sincerely, be friendly, and thank every customer.
- Perform all sales associate duties and achieve individual sales and account goals.
- Develop customer relationships to grow business.
- Share product knowledge and highlight services to create a strong customer experience.
- Unpack and display stock.
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean store.
- Assist with training new hires.
- Open and close the store for business.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
