DRY GOODS ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER
About The Position
As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their personal style and assisting with store operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store. The role includes motivating, training, coaching, and leading associates by example; developing relationships to grow store business; performing sales associate duties and meeting individual sales and account goals; assessing associate performance; and developing solutions to customer problems and store needs. You must be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.
