About The Position
As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all store operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store. The role includes coaching and leading associates, developing store business, achieving sales and account goals, assessing associate performance, and addressing customer and store needs. You must be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

- Develop relationships to grow store business.
- Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals.

- Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs.
