This role plays a critical role in safe and efficient waste processing operations. As a Drum Processing Operator, you'll help manage incoming and outgoing materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and support recycling and disposal operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment required.
Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, and background check.
Ability to read, write, and understand English, and work the assigned schedule on-site.

Nice To Haves

At least 3 months of related experience preferred.
Oil and waste processing industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Load and unload incoming waste streams and outbound shipments of drummed materials.
Follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures to support a safe and compliant workplace.
Support production schedules and drum processing operations to help meet daily quotas and shipment needs.
Monitor and maintain inventories of drums, filters, absorbents, soil, and other materials.
Track drum counts and inventory levels, ensuring accurate records and timely communication with management.
Keep work areas, equipment, buildings, and collection systems clean and inspection-ready.
Coordinate with operations, dispatch, and maintenance teams to support shipments, repairs, and equipment needs.
Other duties as assigned.
