About The Position

The Drug Screening Technician is responsible for conducting substance use screenings in accordance with established protocols set forth by the State of Nebraska. This role involves direct client interaction, direct observation of sample collection process, and documentation of results. Jenda Family Services is seeking a part-time Drug Testing Specialist in Lincoln for our random drug testing program.

• Must be at least 19 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

• Experience working in the human services field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect urine, saliva, and sweat patch samples from clients under direct observation.
• Accurately complete required documentation with clients.
• Interpret and communicate tests results to clients.
• Encouraging sobriety and provide clients with appropriate paperwork.
• Coordinate and schedule clients for off-site testing.
• Travel to client homes for scheduled testing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
