Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the Drug and General Merchandise departments with a focus on customer service, merchandising, and in-stock conditions.
  • Execute planograms, resets, promotional sets, ad programs, and seasonal transitions accurately and on time.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and backroom areas.
  • Manage ordering, inventory levels, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy while minimizing shrink.
  • Monitor sales trends, movement reports, and seasonal needs to support ordering and merchandising recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company programs, safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Support customers with product questions, promotions, and locating merchandise.
  • Provide daily direction, scheduling, training, and coaching to Drug/GM associates.
