Requirements
- Familiar with computer science concepts, principles and designs
- Experience with design, development, testing, and debugging of software applications
- Experience with web development technologies
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C# and Python
- Experience with web application frameworks
- Knowledge of data analytics and visualization principles
- Experience with database technologies and concepts; knowledge of SQL
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SharePoint
- Excellent communication skills with a high level of professionalism
- Detail-orientation and critical thinking skills with a focus on problem-solving
- Ability to manage workload and time efficiently
- Ability to work independently at times and to collaborate as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to redirect efforts to ensure project success

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project team and clients to understand and address business and technical problems
- Provide IT functional and technical support, with a focus on web or non-web-based systems
- Configure and implement Low Code/No Code Platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Power Apps, SharePoint
- Develop solutions in programming languages such as Java, .NET, C#, or Python
- Analyze and resolve technical challenges
- Conduct analysis and make recommendations on technical approaches and solutions
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards
- Take training to learn new technologies, programming languages, and platforms as needed to perform the duties of your project and systems; help create prototypes and proofs of concept
