About The Position

We are seeking talented engineers who are immediately available to work closely with the broader engineering team for an exciting internship opportunity. This person is passionate about engineering, ready to take ownership over complex challenges, and a strong desire to learn about all things satellites. During the internship program at Apex, you'll gain hands-on experience and professional growth opportunities. You’ll be assigned a project to give you the opportunity to have real impact. Throughout the project you'll have a dedicated mentor to guide you, while participating in learning sessions to elevate your knowledge of aerospace. Mechanical Engineering: ME Interns will contribute to the development of Comet XL and Comet Mini deployable structures. The intern will need extensive experience with CAD (NX), prior hands-on experience building any type of hardware especially electromechanical systems and soft goods.

Requirements

• Graduating in the Spring or Fall of 2027.
• Currently pursuing a BS or MS.
• Extensive experience with CAD (NX).
• Prior hands-on experience building any type of hardware, especially electromechanical systems and soft goods.

Responsibilities
