About The Position

This role is responsible for removing and transporting bill canisters from slot machines to the designated Count Room. The job involves protecting revenue during the drop process, handling funds from kiosks, ensuring the safety of guests and team members, and assisting other departments.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, High School Certificate of Completion, or G.E.D.

Responsibilities

• Protects revenue during the drop process by unlocking and locking slot machine doors and bill canister release doors, removing bill canisters from slots machines, placing bill canisters into designated drop cart, and placing current day bill canisters into slot machines.
• Removes, replaces and transports funds from the kiosks by removing cassettes of currency and/or coin from each kiosk, replacing each cassette with new cassettes, generating kiosk balancing reports, recording currency and coin counts, placing all currency removed from the kiosks onto carts for delivery to the count room and main vault, and performing kiosk fills as needed.
• Ensures the physical safety and well-being of casino guests and team members during drop process by escorting drop carts through the casino adhering to approved drop routes, closing aisles as appropriate, and redirecting guests and staff traveling through the area to an unobstructed path.
• Assists other Departments by tracking proper machine drops, assisting Slot Department with early audits, providing support to the count room, and moving carts from the storage area.
