About The Position

The Terre Haute Casino Resort is seeking a Drop / Count Team Member to join their team. This role is responsible for the drop of slot machines, table games, all gaming voucher redemption units, and self-service sports wagering kiosks, as well as the count of the drop. The work environment is fast-paced, stressful, and physically demanding, with exposure to smoke on the casino floor. The noise level is moderate. Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent.
One-year money handling experience preferred.
Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, stand, walk, or crawl for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs independently and more than 40lbs with assistance.
Ability to talk and hear in order to ensure proper communication.
Strong vision skills, including close vision, peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities

Assist other Drop/Count Team members with the replenishments, service, and verification of all gaming voucher redemption machines on the gaming floor.
Assist other Drop/Count Team members with the drops of the slot machines and count of the funds from the slot machines.
Assist other Drop/Count Team members with the drop of the table games and count of the funds from the table games.
Assist other Drop/Count Team members with the drop of the self-service sports wagering kiosks and count of the funds from these machines.
Replenish supplies in the Count Room and in the Count Room office as needed.
Ensure all vacant, non-fixed slot seating is appropriately tucked in as close to the slot machine as possible and aisle way is maintained when walking through aisle ways.
Perform other duties as assigned.
