The Drop Team Associate is responsible for accurately counting machine drops, completing associated paperwork, and verifying the contents of canister/containers. Any questions or concerns should be directed to your immediate supervisor for clarification. This role requires adherence to all policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements for the drop department as approved by the Kaw Nation Gaming Commission. The associate will collect slot machine and kiosk drop boxes according to the established drop schedule and transport them securely to the count room using approved procedures and equipment. Verification of machine and box numbers for accuracy and consistency with operational records is crucial. The role involves coordination with Surveillance and Security staff to ensure operational integrity and regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate logs and documentation, and reporting any discrepancies, malfunctions, or irregularities immediately to supervisors. The associate will also assist fellow team members, adhere to uniform requirements, and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing KGI. Following all applicable state, federal, and tribal laws, regulations, and compliance requirements is mandatory.
