This role involves providing support and guidance to young people, acting as a compassionate listener and reliable advocate. The ideal candidate is growth-oriented, seeking continuous learning to better support themselves and the youth they serve. A passion for dismantling systemic oppression and creating a more just and equitable community is essential. Lived experience with challenges related to substance use, mental health, and/or homelessness is highly valued, as this journey can be a source of strength and wisdom.
