We are an organization committed to totally satisfying our members, the motoring public and the communities we serve. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team, part-time, as a Driving School Instructor located in Sewell, New Jersey. This position will work in a four-county area: Camden, Gloucester, Cumberland and Salem, working a total of 18 hours per week during the week and on the weekends.

Requirements

Experienced in customer service
Ability to instruct students
Excellent written and oral communication skills
PC proficiency
Ability to work nights and weekends.
Must have a valid driver’s license
Pass a criminal record investigation.
Ability to obtain the required state license.
Must be 21 years old or older.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience as a driving school instructor
Individuals with teaching/tutoring experience

Responsibilities

Instruct students on proper driving techniques in an effort to pass state driving road test.
Ensure the Vehicle is operational and safe for each student
Maintains accurate schedule of training sessions.
Keeps detailed and accurate reports of driving sessions as mandated by the Motor Vehicle Commission.
Plan and adapt routes in advance to develop students’ capabilities on an individual basis
Adheres to all legal requirements. Maintains all licensing requirements.
