Requirements
- Valid driver’s license (CDL)
- Clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous driving experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Assist with guest luggage, lifting items weighing 50 lbs or more
- Must be available to work days and weekends, as needed.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate the hotel shuttle following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to hotel guests during transportation.
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage onto the shuttle.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper maintenance of the shuttle vehicle.
- Keep track of shuttle schedules and adhere to designated routes.
- Communicate effectively with hotel staff to coordinate guest transportation needs.
- Report any vehicles issues or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Ensure a positive and welcoming experience for guests throughout the transportation process.
- Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
