About The Position

The Driver transports fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations and navigates written directions. The role also delivers vehicles and, in some instances, customers, employees, or vendors safely and promptly to their destinations while providing helpful, courteous, and professional customer service. The position pays $11.00 per hour and is located at 4000 Terminal Dr Ste 106, Lexington, KY 40510. The schedule is either Thursday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., or Sunday and Monday, 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., plus Wednesday, 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Enterprise Mobility provides mobility solutions through brands including Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. Its services include car rental, carsharing, truck rental, fleet management, retail car sales, travel management, and other transportation services. The company and its affiliate manage a fleet of 2.4 million vehicles through more than 9,500 rental locations in over 90 countries and territories.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have a valid driver's license with no more than one moving violation and/or at-fault accident on the driving record in the past three years.
Must have no drug- or alcohol-related conviction on the driving record in the past five years.
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Must have at least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience.

Responsibilities

Transport fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations, navigating written directions.
Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed while following all rules of the road.
Deliver customers and vehicles safely and courteously to their appropriate destinations.
Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicles or pick up multiple vehicles.
Organize travel routes and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone as needed.
Clean vehicles as requested.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
