About The Position

This role involves performing pre/post trip inspections on trucks, obeying traffic laws and hours of service rules per DOT, and loading/unloading various materials onto the truck. The driver will also complete shipping paperwork, deliver products to unmanned locations, wear appropriate PPE, and operate a forklift. Safety is a top priority, and the role requires flexible hours, including weekends. Related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Truck driving experience.
• Valid Class A CDL with Tanker and Hazmat endorsements.
• Good driving record.
• Be able to pass drug screening and physical and human performance test.
• 2 years of driving experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.
• Better than average written and spoken communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• GED or High School Diploma, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre/post trip inspections on truck.

• Load/unload totes, drums, equipment, and tanks on truck.
• Complete shipping paperwork.
• Deliver product to unmanned locations.
• Wear appropriate PPE.
• Lift and chain truck, when needed.

• Work flexible hours (i.e. weekends).
• Related duties as assigned.
