Our Company Driver provides safe, reliable, and professional transportation services for the CEO and CFO. This role requires discretion, flexibility, and a high level of professionalism while supporting business travel and related transportation needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
  • Dependable attendance and flexibility to accommodate varying schedules.
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
  • The selected individual must be able to travel by air and ground and comply with the Daktronics Driver Eligibility Policy to begin and maintain employment. This requirement will be verified through a motor vehicle record (MVR) check conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws.
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Daktronics does not sponsor, renew, or extend immigration visas for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport designated team members to and from meetings, airports, events, and other business-related destinations utilizing company vehicles.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding schedules, travel details, conversations, and company information.
  • Plan and adjust routes based on traffic, weather, and schedule changes to ensure timely arrivals.
  • Maintain accurate trip log books, including mileage, passenger(s), destinations, and travel times.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, readiness, and fuel levels.
  • Perform routine vehicle safety checks and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
  • Assist with loading and unloading luggage or materials as needed.
  • Coordinate schedules with executive assistants or other designated contacts.
  • Represent Daktronics professionally at all times.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
