We are seeking a compassionate and responsible individual to assist with recreational therapy activities and facilitate weekly outings by driving seniors to various destinations such as markets, retail centers, doctor appointments, and more. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors while promoting community engagement and well-being.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to assist seniors with mobility and other needs
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a strong sense of safety
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
• Background screening as mandated by Florida law

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in transportation, caregiving, or working with seniors is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful attitude towards seniors

Responsibilities

• Safely transport seniors to scheduled outings, appointments, and recreational activities
• Assist seniors in boarding and disembarking from vehicles, ensuring their safety and comfort
• Support recreational activities by engaging with seniors and encouraging participation
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, adhering to safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with team members, seniors, and their families regarding transportation schedules and needs
• Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and company policies
