About The Position

This role involves operating the Health Express vehicle, ensuring its readiness, and providing excellent service to patients and staff. The driver will be responsible for logging usage, maintaining the vehicle, and assisting with on-route operations including screenings and educational offerings.

Requirements

• Must be able to log and summarize the usage of the Health Express.
• Ensures that the Health Express is clean, fueled, and ready for daily functions.
• Keeps the Manager of Community Prevention and Wellness Services informed of any operational or customer service issues.
• Assists with on-the-job training of all new employees.
• Exhibits excellent service behavior to patients, visitors, physicians and co-workers; shows courtesy, personalized attention, compassion and timely responsiveness to both internal and external customers; contributes to making improvements.
• Drives Health Express on assigned route to destination and assists with proper set up.
• Inspects and maintains truck on a daily use basis.
• Leaves and returns with the Health Express in a professional manner; assuring that all protocol is followed.
• Assist with screenings and educational offerings in collaboration with SRH staff.
