This position is responsible for driving a Salvation Army vehicle to transport passengers to and from Salvation Army activities and to pick-up and deliver food donations. The role involves providing transportation for members to and from the Corps each Sunday, for children to and from afternoon activities, and for miscellaneous items as needed. The position requires the ability to meet attendance requirements, read, write, and communicate in English, drive in heavy traffic and on extended trips, lift 25-50 lbs, and potentially spend nights away from home. Maintaining required licenses and certifications is also necessary.
