Personable – Technical skills can be taught on the job, but personality cannot. Do you greet strangers? Have friends told you you’re a good listener? We’re looking for folks who are approachable—the kind older folks at the grocery store stop and talk to.
Stick-to-it-iveness – Job-hoppers need not apply. Relationships must be built, and good training takes time. Serious consideration is given to applicants who have demonstrated some longevity with their previous employer(s).
