About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Driver for its Enterprise car rental operation at 11 Northway Ln N, Latham, NY 12110. The Driver transports fleet cars and vans between rental locations and may also transport customers, employees, or vendors to appropriate destinations. The role requires safe, timely, and courteous service and the ability to follow written directions. The starting rate is $16.50 per hour, with potential yearly merit increases based on performance. The schedule is two days per week, working 10–12-hour days with a meal break. The required days are selected from Monday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, and the shift runs from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Requirements

Valid, unrestricted U.S. driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle.
Authorization to work in the United States without requiring employment-based work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Residence within a reasonable commute of no more than one hour from the location.
At least six consecutive months of prior work or organizational experience, or college/university attendance.
At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Transport fleet cars and vans to and from rental locations.
Drive and deliver vehicles locally or out of area as needed while following all rules of the road.
Deliver customers and vehicles safely and courteously to the appropriate destinations.
Ride with or follow another driver to drop off vehicles or pick up multiple vehicles.
Organize travel routes and ensure vehicle paperwork is accurate and timely.
Communicate via two-way radio or cellular phone when needed.
Clean vehicles when asked.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
