About The Position

A Driver is responsible for greeting guests and driving guests to and from requested destinations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. This role involves driving property-designated vehicles to various destinations such as local airports, restaurants, theaters, sporting events, and convention centers. The driver will also greet guests in a friendly and efficient manner, assist with luggage, and respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly.

Requirements

• Must have a CA Class B Driver's License.
• Must have an acceptable driving record and be insurable.
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a shuttle bus driver is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations including, but not limited to, local airports, restaurants, theaters, sporting events, convention centers, etc.
• Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Assist guests with luggage
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
