About The Position

The Boat House of Three Lakes is looking for a team player to join their team of energetic, fun, customer-focused individuals. This position is primarily stationed at their Three Lakes facility, with occasional travel to other locations as needed. The company has received multiple accolades, including being a Top 100 Dealer and the #1 Dealer in the World for NGG. Weekend work is essential in this industry. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to regularly lift 75 lbs, follow varied directions, possess basic mechanical knowledge, and hold a valid driver's license. A highly desired candidate will also be competent in executing verbal commands, eager to learn the service department operations and the importance of timely boat repairs, consistently maintain a positive attitude, be a dedicated team player, learn and grow quickly, work on, around, and under boats safely, and have some knowledge or ability to learn forklift operation.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have experience with boat driving on the water.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and team members professionally and with courtesy.
• Complete assigned tasks related to servicing a boat in a timely and safe manner.
• Tasks will include but are not limited to preparation for return to customers, pressure washing and scraping boat bottoms as needed, washing service boats for delivery.
• When deadlines must be missed, communicate to your manager immediately.
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with peers and employees in all other business units within the company.
• Light Small Forklift operation to unload transport trucks - Training to be provided attending to all safety protocols.
• Assisting technicians if needed
• Assist in maintaining the professional, clean appearance of the marina/yard, to include but not limited to maintaining public areas.
• Attend all assigned meetings, follow all company policies and procedures, and be genuinely pleasant in the workplace toward peers, customers, vendors, and any other person who enters the facility.
