About The Position

The Boat House of Lauderdale Lakes is looking for a team player to join their team of energetic, fun, customer-focused individuals. This position would be stationed at their Lauderdale Lakes facility in Elkhorn, WI, with some minimal travel to other locations as needed. The ideal candidate will be a team player with attention to detail, the ability to regularly lift 75 lbs, follow directions, possess basic mechanical knowledge, and have a valid driver's license. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and team members professionally and with courtesy.
• Complete assigned tasks related to servicing a boat in a timely and safe manner. Tasks will include but are not limited to preparation for return to customers, pressure washing and scraping boat bottoms as needed, washing service boats for delivery.
• When deadlines must be missed, communicate to your manager immediately.
• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with peers and employees in all other business units within the company.
• Light Small Forklift operation to unload transport trucks - Training to be provided attending to all safety protocols.
• Assisting technicians if needed
• Assist in maintaining the professional, clean appearance of the marina/yard, to include but not limited to maintaining public areas.
• Attend all assigned meetings, follow all company policies and procedures, and be genuinely pleasant in the workplace toward peers, customers, vendors, and any other person who enters the facility.
