About The Position

The Warehouse/Driver associate performs warehouse and customer service duties that support Service Center performance and customer satisfaction. The role receives and verifies materials, maintains stock areas and inventory, prepares sales orders, and picks up and delivers orders. It also involves assisting customers at the Service Center and during deliveries, supporting sales activity, and partnering with the Service Center operations team to grow existing and new customer business and meet or exceed monthly sales goals. The position is performed on site and is not eligible for relocation benefits. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Requirements

At least 1 year of proven customer service or warehouse experience.
Basic computer skills and accurate data-entry skills.
Math and mechanical aptitude and basic reading skills.
Proper written and verbal English grammar.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR).
Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and regularly lift 50 pounds or more.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; work visa sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

Receive and verify incoming materials and ensure merchandise accuracy.
Maintain stock areas and inventory, and prepare sales orders.
Pick up and deliver orders, equipment, mail, and supplies as required.
Follow daily schedules, work orders, and verbal and written instructions.
Operate a company vehicle and arrange the most efficient delivery route.
Use motor trucks, hand and mobile lift equipment, hand and power tools, weighing scales, and postage meters.
Assist with counter and telephone sales, order pulling, and customer calls as needed.
Provide customer service at the Service Center and during deliveries.
Work with the Service Center operations team to grow customer business, meet or exceed monthly sales goals, and improve customer satisfaction.
Maintain a clean driving record.
