About The Position

The Driver/Warehouse Associate performs a dual role supporting 1Vision’s shipping, logistics, and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently delivering finished print, direct mail, and fulfillment products to clients, USPS facilities, and other designated destinations, as well as performing warehouse duties including receiving, staging, loading, and inventory management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of commercial driving and/or warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience operating delivery trucks (box trucks, cargo vans) in an urban/commercial environment.
  • Experience with shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, and inventory management preferred.
  • Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification within 30 days of hire.
  • Strong work ethic with reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently on delivery routes.
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with clients and USPS personnel at delivery points
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required; CDL Class B preferred but not required depending on vehicle size.
  • Drug Testing as required
  • Must meet company insurability requirements for commercial vehicle operation.
  • Must pass a DOT physical (if CDL required) or company-standard driving evaluation.
  • Frequently required to lift, carry, push, and/or pull up to 70 pounds; occasionally up to 100 pounds with mechanical assistance.
  • Required to load and unload delivery vehicles, including the operation of liftgates, hand trucks, and pallet jacks.

Nice To Haves

  • CDL Class B preferred but not required depending on vehicle size.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate company delivery vehicles (box trucks, cargo vans, flatbeds) to transport finished goods to clients, USPS Business Mail Entry Units (BMEU), post offices, and other designated delivery points
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections as required by company policy and applicable DOT regulations if applicable; report any mechanical issues or damage immediately.
  • Load and unload vehicles safely using proper lifting techniques, hand trucks, pallet jacks, dock plates, and liftgates; secure loads to prevent shifting and damage during transit.
  • Obtain and verify delivery receipts, bills of lading, and USPS acceptance documentation; return completed paperwork to the shipping department promptly
  • Maintain warehouse organization
  • Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and shrink-wrap machines safely and in accordance with training
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
