This role is for a motivated Warehouse Associate/Driver responsible for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, and general warehouse maintenance to ensure products reach their destinations.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Willing to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles.
  • Ability to unload material at customer site, including heavy and bulky items.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
  • Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
  • Basic problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using push carts and rolling ladders.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and ship orders using an RF scanner, handling orders from small boxes to pallets.
  • Receive and store inventory safely and correctly.
  • Perform cycle counts regularly.
  • Record damaged or defective materials.
  • Drive company truck(s) safely, adhering to traffic laws, speed limits, and safety protocols.
  • Provide associates with solutions or appropriate contact information for issues.
  • Report observations of customer opportunities and problems to the Warehouse Manager.
  • Load and unload materials from trucks accurately, efficiently, and safely, using proper body mechanics and equipment (e.g., forklift).
  • Receive and check-in deliveries, pickups, and returns to ensure product quality and quantity.
  • Cut wire, rod, or strut safely using appropriate equipment.
  • Maintain the warehouse in a tidy and safe condition by sweeping floors and removing trash.
