Warehouse Associate/Driver

This role is for a motivated Warehouse Associate/Driver responsible for receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, and general warehouse maintenance to ensure products reach their destinations.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Willing to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Ability to climb into and drive delivery vehicles.
- Ability to unload material at customer site, including heavy and bulky items.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
- Basic problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience using push carts and rolling ladders.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship orders using an RF scanner, handling orders from small boxes to pallets.
- Receive and store inventory safely and correctly.
- Perform cycle counts regularly.
- Record damaged or defective materials.
- Drive company truck(s) safely, adhering to traffic laws, speed limits, and safety protocols.
- Provide associates with solutions or appropriate contact information for issues.
- Report observations of customer opportunities and problems to the Warehouse Manager.
- Load and unload materials from trucks accurately, efficiently, and safely, using proper body mechanics and equipment (e.g., forklift).
- Receive and check-in deliveries, pickups, and returns to ensure product quality and quantity.
- Cut wire, rod, or strut safely using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain the warehouse in a tidy and safe condition by sweeping floors and removing trash.
