About The Position

PowerPak is seeking a Driver & Warehouse Associate to deliver items to customers in the Baltimore Metro area and support warehouse order preparation and dispatch. The role involves following assigned routes and schedules, operating and maintaining a delivery vehicle, handling customer feedback and complaints, and complying with DOT regulations and safety standards. Warehouse duties include picking parcel and pallet orders, verifying quantities and sizes, building and wrapping pallets, and positioning orders for loading. The position is full time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with pay of $20–$23 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements

High school diploma.
Able to read and write in English.
At least 5 years of proven working experience as a Delivery Driver.
Valid professional driver’s license and a clear driving record, including no traffic violations.
Good physical strength and stamina; frequent lifting of 30–50 lb boxes is required.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Great attention to detail.
Diligent and punctual.

Responsibilities

Deliver a variety of items to different addresses using different routes.
Follow routes and time schedules.
Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and operate a delivery vehicle.
Ask customers for feedback on services and resolve complaints.
Complete logs and reports.
Follow DOT regulations and safety standards.
Where required, collect payments and inform customers about new products and services.
Pick parcel and pallet orders and prepare them for dispatch.
Retrieve orders according to quantity, size, and other requirements, ensuring accuracy.
Build pallets with orders and position them at loading docks.
Wrap orders before loading them onto trucks.
Maintain equipment and report malfunctions.
Adhere to health and safety policies and quality standards.
