Driver Transport
About The Position
Transport Drivers are responsible for ensuring our products are delivered to our regional distribution centers and/or drop sites in a safe and timely manner. This role typically involves no-touch freight with consistent runs and the driver is home daily. The driver performs required pre and post trip vehicle inspections and maintains all required DOT documentation, including trip electronic logs. Drivers average 2,000 - 2,300 miles per week and typically complete 3-4 drop and hooks per shift, or as requested. The primary transportation routes are between our facilities in Mascot, TN and Knoxville, TN.
Requirements
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License A (CDL A)
- 1 year of commercial driving experience
- Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
Responsibilities
