About The Position

White Cap is hiring a CDL A Driver to coordinate and deliver products to customer jobsites using a tractor-trailer or straight truck with a gross vehicle weight over 26,000 pounds. The driver may use a truck-mounted forklift, such as a Moffett or Piggyback, to unload shipments at customer jobsites. The role follows DOT vehicle-maintenance regulations and emphasizes safety, accurate manifests and paperwork, and may include assisting warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment. Other duties may be assigned as needed. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, paid holidays, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, a 401(k) with company match, tuition reimbursement, and paid time off. Requirements

Class A CDL license.
Minimum of one year of experience.

Nice To Haves

Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) certification.
Two years of commercial driving experience compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations.
Forklift certification.
Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Follow DOT regulations for vehicle maintenance and operate with a strong emphasis on safety.
Ensure manifests and all paperwork are accurate.
May assist warehouse staff with pulling and preparing orders for shipment.
Perform other duties as needed.
