About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Driver Supervisor to oversee our delivery operations in McDonough, Georgia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of drivers, ensuring efficient routing, and maintaining high standards of service. This role requires a strong understanding of the Metro Atlanta area and a commitment to safety and compliance.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year Delivery Supervisor experience required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Knowledgeable of Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas.
• Must have and be able to maintain DOT Medical Certification.
• Must have and be able to maintain valid Georgia Driver’s License.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to communicate with people of all levels.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Must be able to read, write and use basic math and be able to operate a calculator.
• Must be computer literate.
• Must have proficient written and communication skills.
• Must be able to use Excel and perform data entry.
• Must be able to pass background check (i.e., police backgrounds, reference checks…).

Nice To Haves

• Routing experience preferred.
• CDL License & Experience a plus.

Responsibilities
