About The Position

The Driver/Shipping Associate works in Production and primarily drives the company box truck to deliver products to customers. When not driving, the associate assists with packaging shipments. The role also includes picking up and delivering breakers or parts, maintaining local spaces, and loading and transferring materials internally. The associate is expected to follow quality service standards and established procedures, including kitting and picking processes, and to help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED certification.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Detail oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace.
• Must be willing to learn new skills and advance in the company.
• Able to work indoors and outdoors.
• Frequent lifting of up to 150 pounds and continuous lifting of up to 10 pounds.
• Frequent walking, continuous standing, and repetitive hand motion; occasional sitting, reaching or working overhead, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.

Responsibilities
