Driver / Sales Trainee
About The Position
The Driver / Sales Trainee learns the plumbing trade while receiving training in product delivery driving, warehousing, customer service, and sales. This role offers an opportunity to build a career and advance within the company; Hirsch reports that 85% of its Branch Managers started as Driver/Sales Trainees. Hirsch Pipe & Supply serves plumbing and HVAC professionals across Southern California. The company describes its workplace as dynamic and fast-paced, with a culture centered on employees and customers, genuine relationships, respect, family, and fun. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with start times between 6:30 and 7:30 AM and end times between 3:30 and 4:30 PM. Occasional Saturdays may be needed.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service and build business relationships.
- Desire to advance within the company.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
