Driver / Sales Trainee
About The Position
The Driver/Sales Trainee learns the plumbing trade while receiving training in product delivery driving, warehousing, customer service, and sales. The role offers an opportunity to build a career and advance within the company; Hirsch states that 85% of its Branch Managers started as Driver/Sales Trainees. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with a start time between 6:30 and 7:30 AM and an end time between 3:30 and 4:30 PM. Occasional Saturdays may be needed. The position pays $20.00 per hour. Hirsch Pipe & Supply serves plumbing and HVAC professionals across Southern California through 30 locations. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Desire to provide exceptional customer service and build business relationships.
- Desire to advance within the company.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
