This entry-level position offers a clear path into recruiting, HR, or logistics, and is ideal for individuals who are competitive, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-call volume environment. You will play a crucial role in hiring CDL drivers and other essential positions across our network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, Logistics, or similar preferred)
• Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office, systems navigation)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Workday, Indeed, Tenstreet

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support roles
• Source candidates using job boards, databases, and outbound outreach
• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
• Make 30–50 outbound calls and handle 15–20 inbound calls daily
• Track candidates and activity in ATS/HR systems
• Keep pipelines full and hiring managers supported
