About The Position

We are hiring a Driver Recruiter to join our team at Central Transport’s headquarters in Warren, MI. This entry-level role requires no prior experience as we will train the right person. The Driver Recruiter will play a key role in hiring CDL drivers and other critical positions across our network. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business, HR, Logistics, or similar preferred)
• Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office, systems navigation)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Workday, Indeed, Tenstreet

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for CDL drivers, dock workers, and support roles
• Source candidates using job boards, databases, and outbound outreach
• Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews
• Make 30–50 outbound calls and handle 15–20 inbound calls daily
• Track candidates and activity in ATS/HR systems
• Keep pipelines full and hiring managers supported
